At Qabalo, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless faulty.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email info@qabalo.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Any supporting photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund (minus any shipping charges) to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original and place a new order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund.
